When talking about the water we usually focus on the demand and the managment of existing water supplies. While it's true that at a GLOBAL level it's very little how much more or less water we can make, if we focus on a LOCAL level the supply of water depends on many factors, one of them is Vegetation and that's something we can control.
So I believe we must also promote good vegetation as a way to increase our water security.
